Mike Polyecsko
Owner & Operations Manager
Mike oversees daily field operations and works closely with customers throughout the restoration process. His focus is on delivering efficient service, clear communication, and high-quality workmanship. Mike's practical approach and attention to detail help ensure projects are completed properly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys mountain biking, hiking local trails, and exploring the open road on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
Tamas Orgovan
Owner & Founder
Tom brings years of hands-on experience in restoration, construction, and customer service. He is committed to helping Northeast Ohio homeowners and businesses recover quickly from water damage, mold issues, and property emergencies. Tom takes pride in treating every customer's property with the same care and attention he would give his own home.
When he's not working, Tom enjoys reading, experimenting with artisan bread baking, and continually learning new skills and techniques.
Mate Orgovan
Restoration Technician
Mate assists with water mitigation, cleanup, and restoration projects throughout Northeast Ohio. He is committed to helping customers through challenging situations while learning and growing within the family business.
When he's away from work, Mate enjoys kayaking and spearfishing whenever he has the opportunity.
Mike Polyecsko Jr.
Restoration Technician
Mike Jr. supports the field team with emergency response, cleanup, and restoration services. He enjoys working directly with customers and takes pride in helping restore homes and businesses after unexpected property damage.
His unique hobbies include magnet fishing and micrometeorite hunting, both of which reflect his curiosity and love of discovery.
Dora Orgovan
Financial Administrator
Dora helps keep the company running smoothly behind the scenes by managing administrative and financial operations. She assists with scheduling, customer communication, documentation, and day-to-day office support. Her organization and dedication help ensure customers receive timely and professional service throughout their project.
In her free time, Dora enjoys container gardening and takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces at home.
Frank Goodman
Office Manager
Frank supports customers throughout the restoration process by assisting with scheduling, customer communication, project coordination, and administrative operations. He works closely with homeowners, insurance representatives, and team members to help ensure projects move forward smoothly and customers stay informed every step of the way.
Outside the office, Frank enjoys scuba diving, meditation, and spending time with family.
